Limitation with Chart with fieldtype DATE

Hello,

When you configure a chart with this options:

- category type : By group

- category field : a date field

- time binning options : 1 Year

For interval alignment, you have only 2 options : Snap to the 1st data point or to the last data point

Can you add an option of slippery year (it work in dashboard!) in the interval alignment, it will be great because now, it is impossible to use chart with Date Field on a slippery year and all my client in university need data on slippery year :-)!
