Feature Report Widget: Toggle off "Save to my ArcGIS Account"

Posting this here for posterity.

I would like for the feature report widget to have the option of not saving to the ArcGIS account. This is available on the S123 Website but not in the widget.

As it stands, the feature report widget is unusable in an Enterprise environment until this option gets added.
