The default UI of experience builder is dark and causes accessibility constraints to users with visual issues. The back UI with white text is troublesome for such users. Please allow for a setting where users can load experience builder in a light UI. Please also allow to customize the default interface where the widgets can be loaded with tabs minimized.
You can flip the overall light/dark theming of certain widgets (search bar, filter dropdowns, table, etc.) by choosing a different default theme and customizing colors from there. However it is an all or nothing choice (everything light or everything dark). It would be very helpful to allow users to, at the very least, set the light/dark default per individual widget. Even better if they can control the colors entirely (text, backgrounds, etc.) on those widget interfaces.
Having at least an option to have a lighter theme for Experience Builder would make a difference in its usability for some folks. Other options with even more contrast would be even better. The dark theme makes some things hard to see.
