Enhance Filter Widget - Turn off/reset filters

I am working on an app with a fairly lengthy Filter list. I want people to be able to turn them off with one click. I have turned on Turn off Filters turned on

However, the "switch" is at the bottom of the scrolled list and doesn't "stick" until you've scrolled to the bottom. It is also unclear to the average person what it actually does.

I propose that the switches get moved to the top of the widget. And have a text title so people can see them and know what they are. Or that are options to have them displayed top or bottom, and with title or without.

I did discover that if you switch the height to stretch, the toggle shows up where it's supposed to be without having to scroll.
