Enable Text within the Editor Panel

I have an editing map that also contains a number of layers for reference. I would like the ability to have some text in the editor pane for the purpose of stating which features have editing/updating enabled. I do not have create features enabled so my users don't know what they can edit unless they go clicking around. I'd like a way to make that information available to them. 

My editor panel is connected to a view widget inside of a section so it can be collapsed.

You could add in a Text Widget. There is nothing stopping you from having multiple widgets inside a single section.

@JeffreyThompson2 Yes that is was I have already done. I would like it all in one or to have the select have a list of the layers with it. Select ___
