Edit Tool Configuration of Fields - Allow Dragging of Fields in List

In Experience Builder in the edit tool configuration, you can set which fields are available for editing. You can also change the order of how they show up for editing.

Please allow for a setting to match webmap popup.

Also allow the fields to be drag up and down in the list and have the scroll bar to move while dragging. Right now you can only drag a field to the top of the view then manually scroll and continue dragging and then repeating.
