I'm currently working in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 and have run into an issue while configuring the Table widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
When I format fields (e.g., removing timestamps from date fields) under the “Fields” settings of the feature layer, the formatting displays correctly—but only when using the layer’s settings in the Table widget under "Configure Fields" in ExB.
However, once I choose to customize which fields to display in the Table widget in ExB, all previous formatting is lost, and fields revert to their default format in the table widget. This is particularly problematic for date fields where I’ve configured the format to exclude time.
Feature Request:
It would be helpful if field formatting applied at the layer level or in the web map could be preserved when customizing fields in the Table widget. Alternatively, adding formatting options directly within the Table widget’s custom field configuration would greatly enhance flexibility and user control.
