There are some problems with the bookmark widget in Experience Builder.
When using bookmarks created in a 3D scene, the thumbnails in the widget appear blurry (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-experience-builder-questions/blurry-bookmark-widget-images/m-p/...).
An alternative is to create bookmarks directly within ExB, but this introduces new limitations:
- You cannot create bookmarks with a different basemap.
- You cannot set different times (e.g., for shadow vizualization).
- Bookmarks must be recreated for different screen sizes, which is unnecessary time-consuming.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Bookmarks created in Scene Viewer should generate higher-resolution images to ensure they display clearly in ExB.
- The bookmark widget in ExB should support bookmarks with custom basemaps and time settings.
