I would like ArcGIS Experience Builder to allow Export capabilities to be controlled by user roles, similar to how Page Visibility can be configured.
Authors should be able to specify which roles are allowed to export data from widgets such as the Map, Table, and other data-driven widgets. Users without the required role would not see or be able to use the export option.
This would allow organizations to use a single Experience for both viewers and users who are permitted to export data, eliminating the need to maintain separate versions of the same app with different export permissions. It would also improve security, simplify maintenance, and reduce the need for custom solutions.
