Our team is currently working on configuring an application that recreates figures initially published in a print report in a way that allows users to dynamically interact with the data. We include tool tips instructing users how to interact with each figure using a Button widget that activates a Window displaying text directions when clicked.
Although it is possible to place these Button widgets within a Map widget, which acts as a content container, it is not possible to place these Button widgets within a Chart widget. It would be valuable if the Chart widget could act as a container the same way a Map widget currently does, as it would allow us to situate tool tips in the same place for all interactive figures, allowing a more uniform user experience, and eliminate the need to provide whitespace on either side of the Chart widget to place the Button widget, enabling greater flexibility with our layout.
I would like Experience Builder's Chart widget to act as a content container in the same way that the Map widget currently does.
