Allow disabling or repositioning of maximize (full screen) option in widgets

The 'maximize' button obscures widget buttons including table/data exports and switches.

You can disable it at a grid level for all widgets, but not for a selection of widgets within the panel.

You also can't reposition it when you do want the option to full-screen.

Can we have the maximize button not obscure widget buttons or more options to configure its positioning
