The WebAppBuilder 'Layer List' widget included a built-in search function. This allowed users to filter the layers displayed in the layer list based on search terms. It was very useful when the user was unfamiliar with the map and/or there was a long list of layers, and they needed to locate one specific layer quickly.

The Experience Builder 'Map Layers' widget has no comparable function, nor is there any other apparent replacement for this function currently in Experience Builder, from what I can tell.

Can this functionality be added to EB restore parity with WAB in this regard - possibly as an option that can be toggled on or off when configuring the Map Layers widget?

I second this.  I have over 100 layers and scrolling to find the right one is ridiculous! It would be nice to be able to group the layers and have visible layers shown separately from layers that are turned off.

Yes please - users expect to be able to search layer lists

I also have over 100 layers. Some users call or e-mail me to ask if the layers are on the map. So search would be very appreciated.

Agreed! Please add this function, I also have over 100 layers and the users are struggling quite a bit to use Experience Builder compared to Web App Builder.

Yes please add this functionality. I'm getting complaints from my users.  They really liked the search functionality in the WAB layer list widget.

Yes, especially with group layers (which is huge, btw), search function would be much appreciated. We are in the process of migrating our WebApp Builder applications to Experience Builder, but it is issues like this that makes my hair turn gray.

Yes please! I would like to move more apps over to the new platform, this is a road block for my move.

Similar to other commenters there are many layers in the apps. Users do not have time to memorize  locations of layers within groups no matter how intuitive I try to make it.

We are getting LOTS of requests for this. Is this in the development queue at all?

Yes, please add this.  We have a very large application that is used for public permitting and application processes.  The users of this app are public facing and need to find layers quickly.  Thank you.

@Jianxia is this something that the ExB Team is considering?
