Population Pyramids are already an interactive chart type in ESRI Business Analyst Dashboards. It would be great to port this capability into Experience Builder.
Here is an example that my organization has built:
I was able to build one by making the female population values negative and pulling the data into a bar chart split by sex, and changing the chart orientation to horizontal. The problem then becomes the negative population value for females in the hover label, so I had to disable hover labels.
Basically, population charts would be fully possible to make if we had more control over hover labels.
Would really like to have the capability to create population pyramids in Experience Builder, right now we are using Tableau to create these and embed in story maps but, Tableau embedding does not work properly in story maps so have to add it as card instead of live interactive chart.
