Add Field Calculate tool in Table Widget

I was very pleased to discover that the new Table Widget supports editing, which is a good step forward from WAB. What would be a leap forward, would be the ability to field calculate on the table, and have calculations apply to selected features or filters.

Have we found any way to do this yet? The table widget does not honor smart forms configured in the web map as of 1/8/2024.
