Add Felt-like Collaborative Mapping to Experience Builder

Hi,

I'd love to see a Collaborate Widget in Experience Builder that allows for real-time, multi-user interaction, much like the functionality in Felt.

The functionality of the widget would include:

• Live Multi-User Editing: Multiple users editing and adding markups on the same map at the same time.

• In-Map Commenting: The ability to drop a pin to leave a comment, with @mentions to notify specific team members.

This would be useful across the ArcGIS Platform more generally, but particularly in Experience Builder! In the past we have used a feature class for a comment layer but it's a bit clunky, Felt's implementation is far better for the use case.
