I was reviewing my Experience Builder for publication using the WAVE chrome add-in to review the accessibility of my application. It noted that there are no headings at all in my application. I tried to go into my page title and make it a "Header" (e.g. apply the html <h1></h1> tag), but I don't see anyway to do this. Please add this functionality so that we can make our products more accessible to more people!

Below is the text I get from my WAVE reviewer tool for more information about this issue:

Alerts

No heading structure

What It Means

The page has no headings.

Why It Matters

Headings (<h1>-<h6>) provide important document structure, outlines, and navigation functionality to assistive technology users.

How to Fix It

Provide a clear, consistent heading structure, generally one <h1> and sub-headings as appropriate. Except for very simple pages, most web pages should have a heading structure.

The Algorithm... in English

No <h1>-<h6> elements are present in the page.

Getting the same alerts in Wave and our org needs to be at WCAG AA. Hub sites have an HTML editor built-in to address this but would be great in Experience Builder. I tried like you to add tags to titles in EB but it takes them literally as text. Our GIS admin is working with an Esri on other accessibility errors found via the Wave plugin (namely missing Aria elements that are below the footers and don't appear to be any actual content, just hidden elements) and hopefully this will get discussed too. Happy to share what comes from that but following this thread in the meantime.
