In ArcGIS Experience Builder, filters and selections made within a Feature Info widget can currently only be cleared using the small Clear Selection button in the widget’s top-right corner. When an app contains multiple Feature Info widgets across different panels/views, users often leave filters active without realizing it. As they move through the app, they may become confused when expected features no longer appear.
I’d like to request a global control (a widget or button) that clears all filters and selections applied across Feature Info widgets (and potentially other widgets). This would help users reset the app’s state without needing to manually clear each widget or refresh the page, which resets the map extent and interrupts exploration.
A global “Clear All Filters/Selections” option would significantly improve usability for apps with multi-panel workflows and multiple Feature Info widgets.
Not exactly a full solution to your request, but the Clear Selections Buttons within the Select Widget should clear selections made from any Widget.
Another upvote for this feature. Experience builder can do awesome things, but sometimes users get overwhelmed or confused by selections when changing views for example. I use the global clear selection button in ArcGIS Pro all the time. I'd love for ExB to have something similar.
@BenClark Did the same thing. I had a request to have a global reset filter and the best thing I could think of was to add a button that reloads the ExB page. It has been working but would prefer a configured clear all option instead.
