ArcGIS Experience Builder Beta 2 Now Available

The second beta of Experience Builder is focused on an improved end-user experience, allowing you to build great-looking apps quickly with the following features:

• Easily adjust the layout
• Brand your apps using themes
• New and enhanced widgets
• Action triggers.

This new functionality is great. However, our original experience builder is broken and needs to be completely recreated. Is there a potential for this to happen again? If so, we need to figure out another way to create the site we need.

I am sorry for that. The layout experience has been refactored in beta 2, therefore some apps built with the previous beta have to be recreated as you noticed. As beta 2 is the candidate for the final release, no major changes are planned in the final. Keep in mind though, the beta version is for prototyping.

Hi Jianxia,

Yes, we were able to get our Experience Builder site up locally so that it could be replicated. I'm really looking forward to this being fully released so that we can leverage the capability further.
