Hello,
I am pretty new to administration, so I am hoping to gain insight on how to view logs for errors that occur when a 3rd Party is attempting to utilize one of our MapServers.
The MapServer is shared as public, and I am able to query items included through the rest, yet the 3rd Party user receives an ambiguous message without any real errors to follow up on.
I have attempted to view the Server Admin, Server Manager, and Portal Admin logs but can't seem to find anything of use. Are there other places I should be looking?
