I setup our ArcGIS Server a few months ago and everything was working fine.

We weren't using it at the time, so I disabled the ArcGIS Server service.

Today I enabled the service again, but when I try to login to the manager using the siteadmin or any other login, it just says Please Wait.... and never stops saying that.

Any idea what's wrong here? I'm stumped.

Here's a screenshot:

Nevermind, I found the answer here:
http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/86128-ArcGIS-Server-Manager-hangs-with-quot-Please-Wait...-quot-mes...

It's Chrome. I guess I'll need to download Firebox because I'm sure as hell not using IE.

Um, so I just downloaded Firefox and it doesn't work either.

So I'm required to use IE in order to manage ArcGIS Server?

Hmmmm.

Oh, I'm back again!

Here is a patch to fix this for Chrome and Firefox:

And, the patch didn't work.

Holy crap. Talk about a roller coaster ride full of disappointment.

I had a similar situation.  The solution for me was to enable internet connectivity for the server thru my organization's proxy server.  This was done through the Control Panel->Internet Properties->LAN Settings-> checking Use automatic configuration script and selecting the appropriate script from your proxy server IT expert.
