WFS with password

Hi everyone.

When I am trying to publish a WFS-service from ArcGIS Pro to Portal 11.3 I need to share it with everyone. I don't want to share it with everyone since it contains the municipalities property boundaries and they are to be used in a third party software. 

Can I control the access to the WFS-service in any way?

This link discusses securing WFS services. If publishing to Portal, There should be the option to share with 'Everyone' 'Organization' and/or Groups.
