Hi everyone,
After recently upgrading from ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 to 12.0, we're getting the following error in the ArcGIS Server Manager logs at SEVERE level.
Webhook log: Error in Webhook Processor. init WebhookProcessors failed. FS Webhook processor init failed Connecting to queue : ec13549e-4b78-4a43-9d2c-fe7eb413b4b6_FS_Raw_Events_Queue failed. Could not create a queue with id : [ec13549e-4b78-4a43-9d2c-fe7eb413b4b6_FS_Raw_Events_Queue] Connection refused: getsockopt.
We'd appreciate any help in resolving it.

Are we getting this error almost every hour, if that's the case you can follow the following article: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/arcgis-server-logs-indicate-severe-message-about-webho... which gives steps on how to disable Webhook processor.
