Are you able to backup the Server using exportSite from the Server Admin API? Prior to doing so, set the logs to debug.
Hi Jonathan
We are using Portal for ArcGIS and Federated Server and the exportSite works well but the backup is only for Portal Content and Datastore.
I´m talkink to support from ESRI (here in Portugal). The big problem now is :
We can´t acess the Url: https://myurl:6443/arcgis/admin
On the machine running the DR tool, (presumably the Portal machine), can you reach that URL? If it's federated, then I can't imagine it's not reachable.
