Hi Experts,
I got "The current logged on user does not have administrative access to the Web server. Administrative access is required for creating and editing Web applications. Please contact your system administrator for further assistance." massage when i try to click applications link on arcgis server manager.
I was able to create applications two days ago, but today i cant.
what might cause this? Could you share solutions for it?
