After upgrading our on-premise Enterprise (hosting servers, image server) the main server cluster does not have any geometry service showing? (it shows up within the image server cluster, but not the 'server' cluster of 2 machines)
Is it possible to run a 'repair' using the installer to try and fix this? Or are there any other ways to reinstate this service?

I've had this sort of thing before - if you have a working 10.9.1 site you can grab the service json definition from the working site and place it in the site that is missing it (assuming the server licensing allows for geom service). Service should then be available and start up as expected.
