Hi,
I changed the name of an ArcGIS Portal in a test environment.
The version was successfully upgraded from 11.3 to 11.5.
All the patches were installed, especially the patch for portal apps.
The change occurred with some warnings at the beginning, including items that no longer existed in the content folder. I recreated the folder and successfully deleted the item ID.
Once the portal was cleaned of the corrupted items, the URL change on the federated server was successful.
I then changed the portal URL. Everything seems to have gone as expected.
I took a look at ArcGIS Enterprise; the utility services URLs are updated, the federated server URL is updated, and the web context URL is updated!
I try to open a webmap on EXB, but I get a ton of errors and the layers don't load.

Restarting ArcGIS Server made the services visible again. We're running some tests, but everything seems to have worked fine.
