I created a Distributed Collaboration from my organization's AGOL to our Portal.
The work space is set up as a reference, send and receive, and to sync.
The hosted layer is set to public and to allow edits.
From portal I can edit the layer in a web map, but not in the web application the map uses.
I have a dashboard in portal using the layer that I have embedded the web application so users can change the status of a feature without having to open Pro, but it will not work.
Is there something I am missing?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
