I am building a Data Discovery Site using ArcGIS Enterprise Site (Not through ArcGIS Hub). The main goal of the site is to have our data available to our employees. We have big datasets and our users does not have to download the entire data so need to have them the option to filter the data for downloading.
There is a filter function, but it only works for filtering the layers on the map, when the data gets downloaded it still include everything. I was told that the Toggle Filter was removed from ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 and is only available in 10.9
Is there a workaround to make this happen? A lot of the open data sites I see that are hosted in ArcGIS still have this functionality.
