How can the JavaScript or ArcObjects (Java or .NET) SDK be used to generate thumbnails from an OGC compliant format, such as WFS, WMS, and KML? We are aware that we can make thumbnails interactively through Desktop, Portal, Online, and would like to automate the process. Your suggestions and insight is much appreciated and thank you for your time.
