StreetAddress Locator created with ArcGIS Pro Crashed

I created a StreetAddress Locator with ArcGIS Pro 2.4.2 and published to ArcGIS Server 10.7.1, it works fine until I run batch geocoding with GeocodeAddresses geoprocess tool.

With GeocodeAddresses geoprocess tool, I choose StreetAddress Locator on local drive, ArcGIS Pro crashed too.

Did anybody have same issue before?

Can you try upgrading Pro to a newer version?

I am not sure because we are using ArcGIS server 10.7.1 and it is in production.
