I currently have License Manager (LM) v10.3.1 installed on a Windows 2008 R2 server.  Can the License Manager be upgraded to v10.5 (Is LM 10.5 supported on Windows 2008 R2 server)?

Can the LM 10.5 be used to serve out concurrent use licenses for ArcGIS Pro (I'm thinking of going with a hybrid environment of named users and concurrent use licenses for Pro)?

I went with hybrid/mix of CU and named users, at least for a while.  My reasoning as to why I left some as named users with ArcGIS Online.....they can be reached outside our firewall......but concurrent use is much more practical for our agency.
