Save Edits Failed. Proxy Server got bad address. Status code 504

We are seeing issues with the feature service for an address point layer we set up on ArcGIS Enterprise. When we update the service and attempt to save the edit, the edit takes a long time to save, and then we are given this message stating that the proxy server got a bad address from the remote server (verify the server is running). (status code 504). I confirmed that other feature services we published do not have the issue. This process also fails for a workflow that uses the ArcGIS API that creates, reads, updates, and deletes the specific feature service. I am running ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2 & ArcGIS Server 10.91.
