Is this a typo in the help? Prob not going back a version in 11.2. What is the version?
ArcGIS Enterprise
ArcGIS Enterprise also ships with Python. In the latter releases of ArcGIS Enterprise 10.x, both Python 2.x and Python 3.x runtimes are included with the ArcGIS Server component. Beginning with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0, only Python 3.x is included.

Also is the version of Seaborn getting updated at all? Been using a lot of features from .13 and they won't run in the .12 that is there now. Cannot seem to find it.
