I am working with a custom built web map that uses a variety of layers and layer types. We have had issues with the printing services function (which we solved after changing settings on our hosting GIS server). We got it to work but are now having issues with the legend not being printed as part of our export (see attached images). If i print directly from the portal map viewer for our hosted feature layers, it includes the legend.
For reference, the maps "op_mapviewer_print.pdf" and "static_mapviewer_print.pdf" are printed from the portal, while the "printmap.pdf" is printed from our embedded web map. Print1 and Print2 shows the selection in the embedded web map before actually printing.
I had seen other places that more complex symbology might be an issue and causing this. I am using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2.
