PowerShell DSC: Debug Mode Cannot Run Without Pressing Enter >10 Times

Invoke-ArcGISConfiguration -ConfigurationParametersFile C:\config\BaseDeployment.json -Mode InstallLicenseConfigure -DebugSwitch
Will enable additional logging. What it fails to say is that if you do that, then you aren't allowed to step away from the computer for the next 5+ minutes while pressing enter to all the "Confirm" prompts.
Has anyone been able to get the incessant prompts to stop? I thought DSC was supposed to allow for automated deployments.
Without the Debug flag, the software does not incessantly ask for attention.
