Hello dears, how can i download the PostgreSQL client files for ArcGIS desktop 10.2 for connect arcgis desktop to postgreSQL 9.2?

Looking at 10.4 downloads it doesn't seem postgres 9.5 is supported. Is it possible to just copy the files across from a PG 9.5 install?
