Portal Analysis no 'Save result in' available

I'm currently having issues trying to run Analysis in AGOL/ Enterprise Portal. Layers can be seen but I'm unable to run analysis as the 'Save results in' cannot find users folders. As as in the image.

Any suggestions as to why and how to solve this?

I'm betting a network request is failing. Can you try the workflow with Fiddler or the dev tools running and check to see if there are any errors in the responses or the console?

Additionally, just for clarification, are you trying to do this in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS?

And what is your user's role in the organization (i.e. User, Publisher, Admin or a custom role)?

Lastly, does this happen across browsers and for all users?

Apologies in the delay in replying. It would appear our access issues are more complicated than we first thought, a result of your suggestion. It would also appear we have cross domain authentication problems. Our federations appear not to be communicating properly. Hence the delay in response.

When we reach the bottom and the root cause I'll put up how solved the issues.
