Locator returns 0 result

Hi,

I created a locator from feature layer using following steps. It doesn't return any result

1. GP "Create Address Locator". (General Single Field), Reference Data (my layer with LOCATION FIELD) - passed

2. Published using ArcMap 10.8 - passed

3. added into ArcGIS Online Web App under Search - passed

4. It doesn't return result

How I can troubleshoot. I have included attachment for my configuration.

Also, How I can change locator properties?
