Yes, Esri supports IPv6 for ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop and License Manager 10.6 and onward.

Similar to IPv4, there aren't really configuration action items when moving to an IPv6 environment from an Esri perspective. The software just ingests what it's provided by the network infrastructure.

Will ipv6 have a similar path to adoption by ESRI like TLS, where you will need to patch the software when older versions of ipv (e.g.4) are being deprecated?
