A few months ago, we increased our ArcGIS Enterprise security by changing the passwords to all of our ArcGIS Enterprise service accounts. One such account was the primary administrator. Things have been working great. It went without a hitch. However, since that day, we cannot use the new credentials to log in to ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory. We get an "Invalid credentials" error in red, below the salmon-colored form. However, the old password grants access. The Portal Administrator Directory, on the other hand, does accept the new password and not the old.
How can we fix this, so that the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory only allows the new credentials for the primary administrator to allow access?

Just curious, how did you change the password for your ArcGIS Server? You mentioned Portal, so I just wanted to call out that Portal and Server have separate PSA accounts.
To change the PSA account password for server, you need to go to ArcGIS Server Manager and change it there. Here are some instructions on how to do that: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/administer/windows/resetting-a-forgotten-password.htm
Not sure if you've done that already and are still having issues, but the method above is typically how it would be done.

For those who are reading this, I:
Follow-up question: Do I have to do this on my separate ArcGIS Image Server, too?
[UPDATE:] Yes, yes I do.
