I am new to ArcGIS Enterprise. Our ArcGIS Enterprise license will expire soon. How do I update the license after the license renewed?

We have portal and GIS Server.

Do the enterprise geodatabase has license too? And how to update it?

You will need to get new license files / ECP information from My Esri first.

Enterprise Portal: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/manage-licenses.htm

ArcGIS Server: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/install/windows/authorize-arcgis-server.htm

This will need to be run on each ArcGIS Server machine that you may have.

For Enterprise Geodatabase, use this tool as the SDE user: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/update-enterprise-geodatabas...

Run it after updating ArcGIS Server to get an updated keycodes file.

This should get you going.
