How to Deploy a License File for an admin Account

Hello. I am trying to configure a license for an administrator account for ArcGIS Pro for Enterprise. I get to this screen and I am hesitant to continue on because I'm not sure if I'm picking the correct option
The problem is that I am not seeing the administrator account in the dropdown list of users. We only have one advanced Pro License so I want to make sure I do everything correctly. How do you deploy this license so that I can apply it to the administrator account, even though it is not on the list of current users?
