Hello Community,

I have a question to understand how to use the more efficiently the ArcGIS Solution.

I have 3 sources of data : building, transactions, and occupiers.

Building feature layers is point provides information about area, date of construction, each building have one ID. (BAT_ID)

The transaction data is an Excel table which provides information about the transaction of building : date of transaction, price and the same ID of the building (BAT_ID)

The occupiers data is an Excel table which provides information about the occupiers of the building : name of occupiers and the same ID of the building (BAT_ID).

I want to create an application that allow my users to see the feature layers of building , and when a users select one of the building, he can see all of the transaction or a occupier who has the same ID as the building.

What kind of application or tools can I use to do that ? Actually i search some solution but it does not seem possible for ArcGIS to understand that when we click on an element, that it searches in the other tables or features layers that exist if this element also exists, to select the elements to link to it.

The tabular join is not possible since we would have contexts where ONE building has several transactions and this would risk creating duplicates of the same building, which does not interest us in terms of rendering.

If anyone can help me to understand how to solve my problem, it's gonna be insane.

Thanks !
