How can I check if the Geometry Service is activated in my map service?

Hey @SanchezNuñez 

If you mean the Geometry Service itself, it can be found in the ArcGIS Server Manager here under Utilities in the Services > Manage Services section:

To properly perform the query actions it's speaking of, as long as an uploaded service has the Feature capability enabled you will be able to select, analyze, query and the sort, Map Image Layers don't have that functionality. Also the Operations Allowed section:
