Graph data store error
Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with Graph Data Store. This is my first time installing and working with this datastore type, and I’ve encountered multiple problems during setup.
During configuration, after installing ArcGIS Data Store and attempting to configure the Graph store alongside the Relational store, the process fails with errors related to the Graph Data Store. I’ve tried reinstalling several times, and each attempt resulted in different Graph-related errors as follows:
1- Error No.1: Attempt to configure data store failed.
Caused by: Connection timed out while waiting for the graph store on local machine to become available.
2- Error No.2: Attempt to configure data store failed.
Caused by: Cannot invoke "com.esri.arcgis.datastore.model.graphstore.GraphStoreConfiguration.getDatastoreName()"because"<local15" is null

So far, I encountered two different errors during the configuration between ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Data Store, and both errors are related specifically to the Graph Data Store.
When I checked ArcGIS Server Manager, I confirmed that the Relational Data Store was configured and validated successfully, which indicates that the issue is isolated to the Graph Data Store.
After restarting the ArcGIS Data Store service and reopening the Data Store Configuration Wizard to reconfigure, the configuration process completed successfully without errors. However, when navigating to ArcGIS Server Manager → Data Stores and running Validate on the datastores (Relational and Graph), the Graph Data Store fails validation, while the Relational Data Store remains valid.
Environment description:
This is a testing setup on a single machine, where all components are installed on the same server:
1- OS: Win 11 Pro (Hyper-V VM)
2- Workgroup domain.
3- Ram: Dynamic RAM set from Hyper-V (most times used ~20GB)
4- Storage: 30GB free space
5- Enterprise version: ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0
6- Full access & administrations on the machine/OS (Administrator).
Troubleshooting:
1- Firewall has been Turned off
2- No ports closed, in addition ports (9829, 9828, 9830, and 9831) has been set to Allow connection rules.
3- re-installation has been done to datastore with cleaning installation folders/data.
4- datastore service windows user account is the same as the operator/configurator user.
