As described in the title, whenever we try to add a feature to a dataset in our SDE database or the service that uses it, the features fail to draw and we get the error message "Object name is not a regular identifier for the underlying DBMS".
Not sure if you figured this out yet but we had the same error and it turned out to be a field name length issue. Shorten your field name and see if that helps.
