Functionality Update in Public Notification Template In Enterprise Instant Apps

The Public Notification template in Instant Apps currently has limited functionality. I am ideally needing the template to allow a user to pan/zoom in and out the map WHILE drawing their shapes to select features, allow the user to change basemaps, and allow the user to adjust visibility of feature layers. Is this something that can be done? 

I've attempted to replicate what I am needing in Experience Builder and it's just not happening.

Hi @ArielleUllum, I believe you can add a basemap toggle and layer list in that app from the configuration so users can switch basemaps and change layer visibility.

I don't think you can pan/zoom during a single draw though.

In Experience Builder, you can add Basemap Gallery + Layer List + Select/Draw widgets, and users can pan/zoom freely when not in an active drawing step. However, ExB doesn't natively replicate Public Notification's mailing-label export.

I tried to locate where I can add the ability for users to switch basemaps and change layer visibility and I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I've been messing around with ExB widgets and none of them seem to successfully with ease allow me to draw and export a mailing list...
