Hi Viplaw,

What capabilities have you enabled in the service while publishing? And what warnings did you see while analyzing the services in Service Editor?

Hi Viplaw,

What database are you working on?

Have you registered the database with ArcGIS for Server?

Try the following steps:

In ArcCatalog,

1. Right-click on the postgres database connection

2. Choose Administration > Permissions

3. Pick the Server\arcgis account and give it 'Read Only' permissions.4. Try restarting the service.

Re-validate your datastores and try restarting

gisserver.gis/manager/site.html > Data Stores > Validate All
