Error opening notebook

After configuring the notebook server, encountering the below error while opening Notebook from Portal:

Error opening notebook. Server machine 'https://hostname:7443/arcgis/sharing/rest/content/users/portaladmin/addItem' returned an error. 'Error: The index service seems to be unavaliable. Please check the index service.'

 

- re-indexing portal didn't work. 

- any lead would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Abhijit, Does publishing a service work on this portal?  Notebook server creates a notebook item upon opening a notebook and this appears to be failing due to Index service not being available.

If you are unable to add an item or publish to Portal, then something is wrong with the configuration (out of disk space?) that needs to addressed before you can use notebooks.

You are right, reconfigured Enterprise and all is good now. Thank you for your help.
