I am trying to upgrade 10.7.1 ArcGIS server on Azure to 10.8.1 using the cloud builder.
But the cloud builder doesn't recognize the arcgis site in the ArcGIS server VM. In the Azure portal, the AGS vm doesn't have DNS name. AGS VM doesn't have DNS name or publically accessible URL. all traffic go through the Azure app gateway. In the cloud builder, is there any way I can edit the AGS site url or IP?
